Investment consulting department was created within ITT Group in 2004 to meet great demand from ITT portfolio companies for professional consulting and advisory services. Since its creation Consulting department promptly acquired a number of well known Ukrainian and international companies outside ITT Group and after only a year of successful activity the decision was taken found ITT-Consult company as a separate legal entity. In 2011 its name was changed into Eastern Consulting Group LLC.

ECG today is first of all a team of young and experienced professionals developing unique solutions for each client.

Company’s major clients are Ukrainian and international small and middle-sized enterprises of Ukraine, which ITT-Consult provides with organizational, financial and business consulting services of international level.
