Law firm ITT-Lex was set up by the team of ITT investment group legal department.
Since 1995, the law department of ITT group has formed and developed a strong team, which provided not only legal support of ITT group (more than 30 enterprises on various branches area) but also serviced a number of own clients.

Since 2009 ITT-Lex has been working as an independent line in the group and offers its services to a wide range of clients.

Over almost 15 years of working as internal consultant ITT-Lex has accumulated a considerable experience and a unique practice in the field of investment, operational business, tax law and securities.

In its work ITT-Lex is always oriented to individual customer needs and timely achievement of results.
The working languages of the ITT-Lex are Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
