The private equity department was created in 1999. After acquisition of several potentially attractive enterprises, shareholders and management of ITT-Invest realized that additional investment and hands-on approach to these companies management will allow to significantly increase market value and result in higher return on investment.  ITT Private Equity focuses on the fastest growing sectors of Ukrainian economy – construction materials manufacturing, hotel industry, FMCG, food processing and trade. Since inception the Department has not only polished its investment strategy and criteria, but has created high quality portfolio of companies that were turned around and made into market leaders.  At present, ITT-Capital assets amount to UAH 198 Mln. Numerous profitable exits have validated investment approach and strategy ITT-Capital.
