OJSC Darnytsya Reinforced Concrete Plant

OJSC Darnytsya Reinforced Concrete Plant (Darnytsya Plant) is one of the largest producers of reinforced concrete constructions as well as pre-fixed and ready-mix concrete for residential and industrial construction in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. The plant went through the process of total renovation and restructuring after becoming ITT Portfolio Company in 2000. ITT group has strengthened management team of Darnytsia Plant, installed new ready-mix concrete centers, as well as reconstructed the existing production lines. Plant's sales and marketing strategy was reformed to be client oriented and quality focused. Darnytsya Plant’s competitive advantage is wide assortment of high quality products. During last three years Darnytsya Plant issues four issues of corporate bonds that were highly graded by the purchasers and are considered to be one of the most liquid and attractive instruments at Ukrainian bond market.

OJSC Reinforced Concrete Plant (c. Rivne)

Reinforced Concrete Plant was one of the major plants producing reinforced concrete constructions in Rivne region during the Soviet period. Investment group ITT purchased Rivne plant in October 2006. Maintaining and accelerating the production capacity of already existing production line, ITT included in the main development program the establishment of modern concrete-mix units for production of ready-mixed concrete of European quality in the western region.

OJSC “Budprommontazh”

OJSC “Budprommontazh” has been on the Kyiv market since 1996, the company produces and realizes reinforced concrete constructions and ready-mix concrete. Manufacturing capacity of the plant is very high and makes 20 th. m³per year (14 th m³ of reinforced concrete goods and 6 th. m³of ready-mix concrete). Purchasing of OJSC “Budprommontazh” by the new fund of ITT-group “ITT-Capital” in 2008 signifies our strong development of reinforced concrete constructions and ready-mix concrete production on the right part of the Kyiv city. The new investment program of OJSC “Budprommontazh” includes reconstruction of existent reinforced concrete constructions, bringing into operation the second block and development of prefabricated construction production. Tranche of investment, evaluated as 10 mln UAH, can enhance the plant’s manufacturing feasibility up to 140 th m³.

OJSC Hotel Holosiyivsky

Hotel Holosiyivsky is a two-start hotel located in a beautiful place in Kyiv near Holosiyivsky Park and National Exhibition Center of Ukraine. The hotel’s building totals 10 000 square meters. Hotel has 207 modernly equipped rooms, cafeteria, bar, beauty parlour, bank point, dry cleaning and parking. The hotel also offers a large conference hall with all necessary equipment to conduct business meetings, seminars etc. Every room has a satellite TV. ITT investment was used to reconstruct the hotel to add reception and increase the grade of all room. Currently the hotel is going through the process of upgrading to 3 start level.

Trade House Klen LLC

Trade House Klen started operating in 2005 with the aim to become a leading one stop shop of main construction materials in Kyiv and Kyiv region. It started as official distributor of porous concrete and now it sells cement, sand, bricks, porous concrete, roofing materials, doors and windows, as well as crashed granite. High quality service, as well as optimal price policy for individual customers as well as construction companies resulted in a large client base, that comprises well-known construction companies who selected Klen as their partner for major construction projects in Kyiv. Klen is aiming to widen the range of the products and significantly increase its sales volume in 2006.

Kyiv Experimental Plant of Household Chemistry

"Kyiv experimental plant of household chemistry" is one of the best producers of household and industrial chemistry. Over the years of existence the production of household chemicals and cosmetics, plastic containers, technological equipment (moulds), photopolymer compositions was established and adjusted. Except wide spectrum of various goods, the company offers different services, including complete service of enterprises. Measures aimed at improvement and development of production assortment and rage are being permanently taken at the plant.
