Ukrainian Real Estate Club – professional business club at the real estate market of Ukraine. The members of the Club are owners and top-managers of major companies of the market. ITT joined the club realizing the importance of maintenance of efficient communications of Ukrainian real estate market players. We intend working on attraction of foreign capital by means of improvement of national real estate market image.

According to the net assets value of 9 funds under management, Asset management company ITT-Management Llc took the second place in the ranking of Investfunds as of December 31, 2009 with net assets value of UAH 848,9 million. The company covers 21% of the market. In the ranking of profitability for 2009, MVIF Ukrinvestbud took the first place (207%), OJSC CIF ITT-Capital II – the third place (105%). OJSC CIF ITT-Real Estate took the fourth place according to the amount of attracted investment in December 2009.
Asset management director of Asset management company ITT-Management Llc Viktor Fedorov assumes that 'our investors face the lowest market risks due to accurate balance between instruments with fixed profitability and corporate rights, highly-liquid securities and boosting shares of the second level'. 

According to the results of 2009, All-Ukrainian rating magazine Gvardiya announced Rating of Top-managers. President of ITT Investment group took the second place in the branch rating of managers of investment and financial companies. The main criterions of estimation of 428 companies representing 30 different markets for more than 5000 respondents were effectiveness of company’s management, innovative competitiveness of the company, the level of cooperation with partners and competitors, level of company’s social activity, business reputation of the manager. In general rating, Oksana Markarova took 69th place among 300 managers.

“Gvardiya 500” has published the rating of the most profitable companies of Ukraine. In the ranking of the financial sector, asset management company ITT-Management took the sixth place in terms of net assets value. Thus, company covers 6,82 % of non-ventured IMI market.
