03.12.2008	On Suturday 29th, the first Regional conference took place.

15.08.2008	PricewaterhouseCoopers will start auditing all the companies of ITT-Group in September
	ITT Investment group will audit its companies not only under the Ukrainian standards, but also according to international. Tender for conducting audit won recognized international auditing company PricewaterhouseCoopers.

01.08.2008	ITT-Plaza will reconstruct and build a part of Prozorivskyy sewer
	OJSC “ITT-Plaza”, ITT portfolio company, obtained the license for construction of the part Prozorivskyy stewer. Correspondent resolution of Kyiv city administration was signed on July 25th, 2008.

31.07.2008	ITT-Plaza and IHG signed management contract concerning first Crowne Plaza in Kyiv
	CJSC “ITT-Plaza” signed Management agreement with Intercontinental Hotels Group, which stipulates the construction of new hotel as a part of new business-centre project at Korolenkivska Street (centre of Kyiv) by ITT-Plaza and hotel operation by IHG under the brand Crowne Plaza.

04.07.2008	Stock capital of CJSC "ITT-Invest" was increased up to 151,9 Mln. UAH
	CJSC IC “ITT-Invest” obtained the certificate of shares’ emission registration by means of their nominal value increase up to 44.00 UAH per share. Thus the stock capital of the company was increased to 151,947 mln UAH. Stock capital was increased by means of company’s profit reinvestment being accumulated over the last 5 successful years of performance. The correspondent decision was taken at the General shareholders’ meeting on April 24th, 2008. New version of the statute of CJSC IC “ITT-Invest” was registered on April 27th, 2008. After the dividents’ reinvestment capital share of each shareholder didn’t change.
