Ethics

Conducting business activities ITT-Lex uses skills, practical experience and mastership of its team in order to provide the best representation and protection of Clients’ legal rights and interests. ITT-Lex activity is based on observing business ethics and effective legislation.
The most important issues for ITT-Lex team are Clients’ interests, which stand above private concerns, interests of state and military services, colleagues, partners etc.
ITT-Lex team is uncompromising in cases, which violate Clients’ legal interests and infract providing legal services to Clients.
Confidentiality is an issue of prime importance for ITT-Lex, which is very important in order to establish lasting relationships with Clients and provide legal services. In case of refusal of ITT-Lex services, information provided to our team is always held confidential.
ITT-Lex does not provide legal services in cases when Clients’ interests interfere with beneficiary and ITT-group interests as well as with other ITT-Lex Clients’ interests or in cases when further developments will lead to conflict of Clients’ interests.
ITT-Lex pays great attention to terms and duration of legal services. These terms cannot be shorter then terms determined in the Ukrainian legislation and must include necessary time needed for case execution. However, our team makes all possible to reduce these terms.
ITT-Lex gives information about plausible result of case on the basis of the Law and existent practice of its implementation. Still our team does not guarantee results of specific legal cases. ITT-Lex Clients must be also sure, that our team weighs with the results only by means of scrupulous performing of its duties under effective legislation and observing business ethics.
ITT-Lex does not provide services if the results and means of their obtaining are considered to be illegal.

Oleksandra Dorozhovets

Starting from 2008 is a member of ITT-company legal department, takes positition of a layer.
Education: National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, faculty of law.
Since 2003 has been collaborating with Ukrainian and international companies as a specialist of complex legal support of economic entity and corporate rights and transactions with securities.

Fee for ITT-Lex Legal Services

Fee for provision of legal services is agreed with the Client after defining his objectives and requests, conditions of services providing. Terms and conditions of fee depend on price system and its compliance with provided services. Hereafter you can find a flexible rate card system. We provide our services under such conditions as:
• hourly fee, estimated according to the time used for satisfaction of clients needs. Base rate of ITT-Lex makes 1 thousand UAH per one hour with one specialist.
• fixed fee, set before provision of services
• subscription fee, a payment for complex services, which must be made monthly during the terms of services provision.
• fee in a form of percentage of money obtained by Client (saved for Client)
In each particular case we try to offer the most suitable and favourable way of payment for both sides.
During fixing the fee for provision of legal services we take into account:
-time and amount of work, which are necessary for provision of legal services
-level of difficulty and novelty of legal issues
-possibility that performing of Сlient’s services can interfere with the provision of services to other ITT-Lex Сlients’
-necessity for business trips
-importance of ITT-Lex performing in achieving of particular results
-achieving of Client’s desirable result
-special Client’s requirements, concerning terms and conditions of services provision
-relations between the Client and ITT-Lex
-necessity of appealing to other specialists in order to provide additional services or consulting
-reputation of ITT-Lex and its partners
In most cases fee does not include costs, which must pay client in order to cover expenses for providing legal services.
Moreover, there is special discount system for clients who cooperate and maintain business ties with ITT group.
