ITT-Real Estate finished reconstruction project of a school in Puscha-Vodytsya. For the International French School the building was equipped with modern classrooms, gym, linguistic classrooms, library, school hall and computer rooms. In the course of reconstruction major repairs of interior and fronts, landscape improvements of 0,7ha plot were held. All necessary utilities were also laid to the building.  

In  June 2009 "ITT-Real Estate" prepared the complete package of documents of a shopping and office center in Korolonkivska street, Holosiyivskyy district, Kyiv city for undergoing complex state building expertise

To “Krokus-7” Llc order the reconstruction of an old school building in Puscha-Vodytsya for modern kindergarten and school was started. The general contractor of the project  is RBU Spetsbud. As all reconstruction works shall be completed by August 2009, International French School starts academic year  in new school in September.

Upon “ITT-Real Estate” project the long-term lease contract of a building in Puscha-Vodytsya for educational institution was signed with International French School, headed by Tiphaine Henry. According to the contract, the building is going to be leased since September 2009.

On December 25th Architecture and City Planning Council at the Central Administration of City Planning, Architecture, and Design of the Kyiv City State Administration examined and recommended for the further development a construction project of commercial and office center at 4 Korolenkivs’ka street, Holosiyivkyy district, Kyiv. Project Platinum Plaza is designed as a modern 9-20 storey cascade type complex  with a total area of 77 m2 which includes office and retail areas, underground and ground parking, public houses, conference halls.
