Conference Hall&Hotel Irpin (Transkon Llc)

OJCS «CIF ITT-Real Estate» investment project “Conference Hall&Hotel” was launched in 2007 when a building of an old school in Irpin city was bought. Despite all difficulties and complicated economic situation in the state, in December 2008 the complex, offering a wide range of modern facilities for work and pleasure, was officially opened.
At present “Conference Hall&Hotel Irpin” has started its busy activity. Infrastructure of the complex includes conference halls and seminar rooms, restaurant, bar, billiard, gym and playground. The main branches of its activity are organization and carrying out of conferences, presentations, seminars and trainings, corporate celebrations and parties. Hotel room capacity allows to provide 150 people with hotel accommodation, conference halls can seat 300 people. http://www.conferencehall.com.ua/

Reconstruction Project of Building in Poscha-Vodytsya (Krokus-7 Llc)

This project entailed reconstruction of an old school building with a total area of 3150 m² situated in the center of recreational area Puscha-Vodytsya in order to lease it to the educational institution. Thus, in May 2009 the lease contract with International French School, headed by Mrs. Tiphaine Henry, was signed and reconstruction works with time of delivery – August 2009 started. In September the new school started a new academic year and is expected to become one of the best educational institutions in the near-term outlook.
