Highly qualified team of “ITT” investment group has been engaged into Ukrainian financial market since 1995 and consists of specialists in sphere of analytics, conception working out, marketing, advertising, brokerage services, architecture, jurisprudence, estimating and selling of real estate, construction and technical supervision. It effectively works in order to get the highest result and the best realization of successful projects. That is why commercial real estate department ITT-Invest is able to maintain the fund and give the whole range of services, starting from market evaluation, working out the concept of future project and land search to construction and ready object management. Dealing with investors, the company is oriented at long term perspective and mutual cooperation and guarantees minimum risk and maximum income from projects. The majority of company’s projects is realized оn own land. We have individual approach to each potential client and are interested in cooperation with investors, as well as with land owners or owners of other projects in real estate sector. We give an opportunity for investor to take a part in each stage of the project’s bringing into life.
Investment strategy
First projects will be implemented in Kyiv and Kyiv region; other regional centers will be chosen selectively. Investment focus lies in purchasing of real estate, which is utilized ineffectively, and purchasing of underestimate land, which has great potential of growth. Also considerable attention is paid to transforming them to profitable real estate units by means of their reconstruction and development starting from conception working out to selling them as a business unit to strategic investors at any stage.
