The decision of investment committee of Investment group ITT also added several additional restrictions for the assets of the fund, namely: fund’s structure as of May 8th, 2008 must be close to the structure of Ukrainian GDP; the purchase of securities of the same issuer in the amount that exceeds 3 per cent of NAV is prohibited; the value of securities of issuer can’t exceed 5 per cent of NAV of the Fund (after May 8th, 2008).

Taking into account long-run term of the fund’s operation, licensed trader in securities CJSC IC “ITT-Invest” (license series АБ #113288 of Oct. 20th, 2004) in case of investor’s request at the time of his fund’s shares purchasing can make with him the deal of reverse purchasing of these shares, the terms of which will be discussed additionally with individual approach to each potential Shareholder. Besides CJSC IC “ITT-Invest” provides liquidity of fund’s shares by means of everyday maintenance of two-way quotations at the stock exchange PFTS.
