Ukrainian investors
1. You come to our office (it is recommended to make an appointment beforehand) and give the following documents:
- Passport
- ID code certificate
- Bank certificate with your account state
2. You conclude and sign securities purchase and sale agreement.
3. If you are married you need to get your wife/husband’s agreement for purchasing Fund’s securities and also a copy of their passport and ID code certificate.
4. You make full payment for securities (this must be made exactly on the same bank day).
5. You give an order for transferpurchased securities to your Holder.
6. Since the agreement was concluded and signed, the process of purchased securities registration on your name at your Holder takes 7 working days.
We would like to remind you, that ITT provides full spectrum of services and that is why in case You need more detailed information about the company and its activity, our specialists will provide you with all the necessary data.
- You come to our office (it is recommended to make an appointment beforehand) and give the following documents:
- Certified copy of state registration of legal entitycertificate.
- Certified statute copywith changes.
- Copy of decree about executive’s assignment, who speak for legal entity (certified by manager’s signature and legal entity’s seal).
- Copy of bank certificate about legal entity’s current account opening (original or bank certified copy).
- Copy of license for professional activity realization (if such exists).
- Copy of Manager’s passport and ID code certificate, certified by manager’s signature.
- Details of securities account opened with Saver (In case of securities account absence we will give you package of documents for you to open such an account with the Saver – our partner)
If on behalf of the legal entity on the basis of letter of attorney acts authorized representative:
- Letter of attorney for authorized representative, given and signed by legal entity’s manager, certified by thislegal entity’s seal (original or copy certified by manager’s signature and legal entity’s seal);
- Copy of authorized representative passport and of ID code certificate, certified by authorized representative’s signature.
2. You conclude and sign securities purchase and sale agreement.
3. You make securities full payment (payment must be made exactly on the same bank day).
4. You give an order to transferpurchased securities to your Saver
5. Since the agreement was concluded and signed, the process of purchased securities registration on your name with your Saver takes 7 working days.
Foreign investors
- You or yourrepresentative come to our office (it is recommended to make an appointment beforehand) and give the following documents:
- Passport
- Bank certificate with your account state in Ukrainian national currency, which was opened with the bank situated in Ukraine, and from which all payments will be made (if you do not have such an account, we will provide you with all the necessary information for you to open it).
- Securities account details, which was opened with the Saver. (If you do not have securities account, we will give you package of documents for you to open such an account with the Saver – our partner. If your representative will be concluded to purchase and sale agreement he must bring notarized attorney letter and a copy of this letter (or two notarized copies, which will be kept by us).
- Authorized representative must bring his passport and ID code certificate.
2. You conclude and sign a securities purchase and sale agreement.
3. You make securities’ full payment (payment must be made exactly on the same bank day).
4. You give an order to transfer purchased securities to your Holder
5. Since the agreement was concluded and signed, the process of purchased securities registration on your name with your Saver takes 7 working days.

- Certified and legalized excerpt from foundation documents with information about membership, management structure and its authority with notarized translation into Ukrainian.
- Certified and legalized excerpt from commercial, bank or court register or registration certificate of foreign country authorized body about legal person registration translated into Ukrainian. Certified and legalized document about officials’ appointment who have right to act on behalf of the legal entity without authorities certificate, translated into Ukrainian. In case if on behalf of the legal entity stands authorized representative, notarized and legalized translated into Ukrainian authorities letter must be added.
- National Ukrainian currency account details, opened with the bank, located within Ukrainian territory, from which payments will be made. (In case of its absence, we will give you all necessary information for you to open such an account)
- Securities account details opened with the Saver (In case of securities account absence, we will give you package of documents for you to open such an account at the Holder – our partner).
- Official’s or authorized representative’s passport.
2. You conclude and sign securities purchase and sale agreement.
3. You make securities full payment (payment must be made exactly on the same bank day).
4. You give an order to transferpurchased securities to your Holder.
