MF ITT-Invest

Mutual fund ITT-Invest was established on November 10^th, 1995. During the privatization the fund allocated at the market 200 thousand investment certificates at nominal value of 10,5 UAH. For 10 years of its activity the fund became an active participant of privatization process of Ukraine, taking part in public sales with the aim of purchasing shares of Ukrainian enterprises, their accumulation up to the control equity stake with further management of the enterprises of different branches. The analysts of CJSC Investment company ITT-Invest constantly conducted the researches of the market to provide the profitability of the fund. When the fund was divested because of the expiration of the terms of its activity, the owners of the investment certificates got the sum in the amount larger than the nominal value by 4 times per each certificate.

MF ITT

Mutual fund ITT was established on July 25^th, 1996. CJSC Investment company ITT was the issuer of 45 thousand investment certificates at nominal value 10,5 UAH. Some enterprises and plants, which first shares were bought during public sales in 1996-2000, still belongs to the investment portfolio of Investment group ITT. The activity of the fund was also aimed at maintaining the work of these enterprises by means of managing them, training the managing staff, plants’ renovation and re-equipment, their promotion at the market., which stimulated the industrial development of the country on the whole. When the fund was divested in 2006 because of the expiration of the terms of its activity, the owners of the investment certificates got the sum in the amount larger than the nominal value by 7 times per each certificate.

CJSC IF Export Potential

CJSC Investment fund Export potential was established on December 26th, 1995. 100 000 shares of the company were distributed among the shareholders of the company. The fund issued 70 thousand investment certificates at nominal value 10,50 UAH. CJSC IC “ITT-Invest” began to manage at that time unprofitable fund in 2000, since then the results of its activity were significantly improved.

By 2008 the fund will be divested because of the expiration of the terms of its activity, and the owners of its certificates will get the sum in the amount larger than the nominal value by 7,5 times per each certificate.
